Privacy Policy

This site collects almost nothing, because it was built not to. What follows is an accurate description of that, rather than a template — including the parts that are not private at all.

The short version. No accounts. No sign-up. No email. No cookies. No analytics. No advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party session recording, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing. We do not build a profile of you. But your browser still talks to other people's servers to load the page and read the blockchain, and everything you do on-chain is public forever. Both are explained below.

1 · What this site stores on your device

No cookies are set. One key is written to your browser's local storage:

af.override — a local display setting used while the site is being built out. It stays in your browser, is never transmitted anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

That is the complete list. There is no session identifier, no device fingerprint, and nothing that persists across browsers or devices.

2 · What we receive

The site is a set of static files hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data in order to serve the page and defend against abuse — typically including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary server logging, handled under Vercel's privacy policy. We do not add our own logging, we do not join those logs to any wallet address, and we do not use them to identify you.

3 · What your browser reveals to third parties

Loading and using this site causes your browser to make requests directly to services we do not operate. Each of them can see your IP address and, in the ordinary course, log it. We do not control what they retain.

Solana RPC endpoints — api.mainnet-beta.solana.com and solana-rpc.publicnode.com, used to read chain state. If you connect a wallet or send a transaction, the relevant endpoint necessarily sees your wallet address alongside your IP.
DexScreener (api.dexscreener.com) — market data.
Script CDNs (cdn.jsdelivr.net, esm.sh) — libraries used by the page.
Your wallet provider — its own extension or app, under its own privacy policy, which we have no visibility into.

If you would rather not expose your IP to those endpoints, a VPN or your own RPC provider is the effective remedy — not a setting on this site.

4 · Connecting a wallet

Connecting a wallet shares your public address with the page so it can display balances and build a claim transaction. This happens in your browser. We do not transmit it to a server of ours, we do not store it, and we cannot link it to a name, an email or a device profile, because we hold none of those things.

A public address is nonetheless pseudonymous, not anonymous. Anyone — including us — can look up its full transaction history on a public explorer, and if you have ever linked that address to your identity anywhere, that linkage applies here too.

5 · Blockchain data cannot be deleted

This is the part no privacy policy can fix. Balances, transfers, claims and the time-weighted holding data used to build a distribution are all public, permanent records on Solana. They are written by the network, not by us. We cannot edit, erase, anonymise or withdraw them — no one can, and no request to us can change that.

Distribution artifacts published on this site are derived entirely from that public data, and are published precisely so a stranger can verify them. If you do not want an address's holding history to be publicly analysable, do not use that address.

6 · Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Given that we collect no personal information at all, there is nothing for us to delete on request — but the age restriction in the terms still applies.

7 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port personal data held about you, or to object to its processing — for example under the GDPR or the CCPA. Those rights are easy to honour here, and mostly moot:

We hold no accounts, no contact details and no wallet addresses, so there is no personal data of yours in our possession to produce, correct, export or erase.
Server logs are held by our host under its own retention policy; requests about them are best directed to Vercel, and we will help where we can.
On-chain data is outside anyone's control. A deletion request cannot be honoured against a public blockchain, by us or by anyone else. Saying otherwise would be a lie.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8 · Security

The site is static and holds no user data, which removes most of the things that get breached. It cannot protect you from a compromised device, a malicious browser extension, a phishing domain imitating this one, or your approval of a transaction you did not read. Those remain the realistic threats, and they are yours to manage.

9 · Changes

If what the site collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. If analytics or any other data collection is ever added, it will be stated here plainly rather than absorbed into a vague clause about “partners”.
